How do I fix the side view mirror on my car?
I backed into something today and popped off the side view mirror on my 2001 Chevy Cavalier. There aren't any broken pieces, and it's still attached by the wire, but it won't pop back into place. How do I fix it?

There's no big deal. Just give it a good hit from the back without breaking it and/or scratching it. I faced the same problems with my Toyota Corolla (minus the powered mirrors) and it popped back in place. There's no locking mechanism so you won't break anything. It's just deformed internally...
