Jesus Child
Jesus Called Himself the Son of Man; But Why?
Jesus referred to Himself as the Sonof Man in the Scriptures. But if you'll notice, He only refers to Himself with this term when speaking of His death and resurrection process. This includes the beatings and mockings.
There is a reason why He only uses this term when speaking of these things concerning Himself. He is telling us about our beginning. You see our beginning relates to Adam's and the woman's rebellion or lust for the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil.
The story begins in Genesis. Eve eats the forbidden fruit. She give to Adam. When they joined together in lust (for this tree). The spiritual child called Sin was conceived bythis rebellious act. James 1:15.
It had no human body. It would live forever because it had no physical body to die. This then became the reason for Jesus' mission to earth. He became the physical body for this spirit child known as "Sin," which inherited the earth from Adam and the woman.
He captured this spirit child into His physical body when He drank the cup His Father gave Him to drink in the Garden of Gethsemene. He may well have drunk the blood of the union between Adam and the woman from this cup.
This would explain why it was so hard for him to drink what was in this cup. As it is written; "The life is in the blood." Having captured this spirit child of Adam and the woman within His physical body, He was finally able to put this child to death.
You see this child had inherited the earth and so would have remained in charge of it forever. But God in His mercy, was not going to make this spirit child pay for His parent's rebellion. As it is written; "The child shall not pay for the sin's of the father."
Therefore, God used this law to redeem the child named "Sin." Which Jesus had become by capturing this spirit into His human body. But since Jesus had two lives, one Devine and one earthly, He was able to rise again thus bringing this child back to life by the reasoning that the child would take from the life of God to live again.
But since it was the life of God which gave him back his life, he became a slave to the resurrected child named "Righteousness." Since "Sin" now had no life of his own because he had died, he can only live by the spirit of righteousness which now indwells his fleshly body. This then saved all of Sin's descendants as well who would believe on Jesus who became "Sin" on our behalf.
Because Sin was the first child conceived by Adam and the woman, he bacame the father of all mankind which made all mankind sinners. The only way to conquer this child's dominion was to kill him.
This is why Jesus took this spirit child into His human body and became one with him. He took this child to the cross making this child's life His own. Then He resurrected him but with His Devine natured life.
Thus "sin" owed his resurrected life to God. Likewise, because the only life that Sin now had was from God, he no longer could sin because his life was only righteous like God's life force.
The new child was God's Son named "Righteousness." Sin had been killed and now had no life of his own and therefore was no longer able to do as he pleased. He had to be obedient to his new type of life. He had to live righteously. This was the only type of life he now possessed.
This then should answer a question which has been asked by many Christians.
